These terms cover two things: our website, and ISDIY Social, the tool we use to post to our own social media accounts.

ISDIY Studio LLC, based in the Midwest, United States.

The website

This site and everything on it is provided as is, with no promises that it is complete, accurate or always available.
We own our work and our branding, including the ISDIY Studio name, logo, videos, demos, writing and design.
You may not copy any of it for commercial use without our written permission.

ISDIY Social is our internal publishing tool. It is self-hosted open-source software (Postiz).

Only ISDIY Studio staff use it.
We use it only to publish and schedule content to the studio's own social media accounts and its founder's accounts on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Bluesky and X.
It is not offered to the public or to clients. No one else can sign up.

Each platform's own terms

Using a platform through ISDIY Social follows that platform's own terms. By connecting an account to ISDIY Social, its owner agrees to be bound by them:

LinkedIn: User Agreement
X: Terms of Service
Bluesky: Terms of Service

Removing ISDIY Social's access

If you own an account connected to ISDIY Social, you can remove its access at any time in that platform's connected apps settings. For Google and YouTube, that's myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ISDIY Studio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits or business, that comes from using this website or ISDIY Social.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
