The Performance Improvement Pod The Performance Improvement Pod is a comedic refuge for the LinkedIn doom-scroller turning modern workplace resentment into meaningful, positive change. Each episode, the show interviews a guest with a work grievance. Evidence is gathered. An improvement plan to fix it is presented. Animation: a host, a co-host and a guest join a taping by video inside presentation slides, each recording on their own device, while the script guides them like a group chat. Viewers react and vote in a live poll, and every click and keystroke is logged. The recordings upload in full resolution. The edit replays every vote, reaction and keystroke, and the show is rebuilt in wide, square and tall shapes. A local AI makes a first edit from the script, and the transcript fine-tunes it. One click publishes clips sized for six platforms. No subscription fees, and it is all locally hosted.

Workiversary. A messy HR spreadsheet in, a branded work-anniversary video out. Animation: an HR export drops in. The tool finds the name, start date and status columns, cleans the names and dates, and keeps only the people with a milestone this month. A country filter leaves out the two people outside the US. The names group by years, and a misspelled name is fixed by hand. A logo is dropped onto the "Your logo" spot on the video frame, a brand colour is picked, and the real video the tool made plays. Download video saves it. It all runs in the browser, so company data stays local.

The strongest lines light up while everything else is crossed out and floats away. The kept words rearrange into a draft. A local AI drafts two gap lines, and the person has to rewrite both in their own words. A human-written percentage climbs to 100%, and only then does Publish unlock.

Use your local agent to generate a script fact sheet: Copy/paste the name of all on-camera or mentioned guests. Share links to public-facing resources to retrieve proper noun spellings. Generate transcriptions direct from your editing timeline with a simple MCP command. Word-by-word transcriptions get vetted by your fact sheet and research. Names and brands come out spelled right. Acronyms are written out on first appearances. Captions exclude filler words even when they're kept in the edit. Our system detects quote marks, and lines that need rich text emphasis. Captionist. Auto-captions that read like a careful editor wrote them. Animation: someone asks their local agent for a fact sheet for an interview, and it lists the people and the business. A link to the business's website is pasted in, and the research comes back with names to consider; two are kept and one is dropped. A transcript comes in from the editing timeline, and the fact sheet vets it word by word: doubtful guesses turn amber, then names snap to the right spelling, an acronym is written out, filler words are cut, quote marks go in and an inner thought turns italic. The owner's name and title fill a lower third, and one click sends the captions to the captions track. Works in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or as a sidecar file for any video.

PIPLINE, the anonymous story line. Animation: someone records a story on their phone. Their name, device, location and IP address are stripped, and they keep only a two-word receipt code. Their voice is converted to a new voice with the same timing. An optional synthetic face appears on a deliberately poor video call. A local model flags a name in the transcript, and a person removes it before the story goes to the show.
